1. Definitions

 

• “We”, “our”, “us” refers to Waranara Ridge.

• “You”, “your” refers to the guest, event organiser, or website user.

• “Property” refers to all areas, buildings, and facilities of Waranara Ridge.

 

 

2. Bookings & Payment

 

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking.

• Payment terms will be outlined in your confirmation email or event proposal.

• We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

 

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

 

• Cancellations must be made in writing to our reservations team.

• Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice provided:

   

  • More than 60 days’ notice: Full refund of deposit.

  • 30–59 days’ notice: 50% of deposit retained.

  • Less than 30 days’ notice: No refund of deposit.

• Event-specific or peak season bookings may have different cancellation policies, as outlined in your booking agreement.

 

 

4. Check-In & Check-Out

 

• Standard check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am, unless otherwise agreed.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available at our discretion and may incur an additional fee.

 

 

5. Use of the Property

 

• Guests and visitors must respect the property, staff, and other guests at all times.

• No smoking is permitted inside any buildings. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

• Pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing.

• Facilities such as the pool, The Barn, and Boardroom are to be used only during the hours specified by management.

 

 

6. Events & Corporate Retreats

 

• Event organisers are responsible for ensuring guests comply with these Terms.

• Noise levels must comply with local council regulations and must not disturb other guests or neighbours.

• Alcohol service must comply with Australian liquor laws.

• Any damage caused during an event will be charged to the organiser.

 

 

7. Liability & Insurance

 

• We take reasonable care to provide a safe environment but are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by guests, except where required by law.

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

• We recommend that event organisers and corporate clients hold appropriate public liability and event insurance.

 

 

8. Damage & Cleaning

 

• Any damage to property, facilities, or equipment must be reported immediately.

• Costs for repairs, replacement, or excessive cleaning will be charged to the responsible guest or organiser.

 

 

9. Website Use

 

• Content on our website is for general information only and may change without notice.

• We are not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in website content.

• You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content from our website without written permission.

 

 

10. Privacy

 

• Our handling of personal information is outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• By making a booking or enquiry, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

 

11. Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website with the effective date clearly stated.

 

 

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
